This option is for registrants that ONLY want to attend the Friday night lecture at Maverick's Smokehouse and Taproom. If you are signing up for the Hands-On training (Do not select this option), the lecture and dinner is included. Dinner is being catered by Maverick's.

A waiver and live fire form must be signed by the participant before you can participate. A link to obtain waivers for all registrants will be shown on the confirmation page. Anyone without all paperwork will not participate in HOT sessions, NO EXCEPTION.
